We want you to understand the diverse initiatives of Humanity Training.
If you have viewed our website, you have read our purpose for building our business. There is also an important quote we want you to notice that exemplifies our purpose, “Misunderstanding the various perspectives our society possesses continues to create gaps that contribute to the complexity of accomplishing our goals.” One of the reasons we continue to create gaps is due to our unwillingness to alter our perspectives. As human beings, once we gain a particular perspective, we tend to close our minds rather than welcome the opportunity to perceive the different social aspects of life in a way that can improve our overall well-being.
We continue to evolve throughout life, requiring us to maintain an open mind and expand our perception of life. For this reason, Humanity Training is a vital component of our mission to bridge the gaps within humanity. Our first goal for Humanity Training was to provide an alternate perception of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by offering a proactive, humanitarian approach that bridges the gaps caused by the “isms”: racism, sexism, genderism, and ageism. But this is just one component that falls under the Humanity Training umbrella.
We deal with many challenges, experiences, interactions, risks, and trials that shape our lives. Our ability to successfully navigate through life depends on our social & emotional skills and understanding how those skills will play a part in every aspect of our lives is the true meaning of Humanity Training. With Humanity Training, we explore the many social aspects that can positively and negatively shape our mindset, and we provide the social & emotional tools to increase our self-awareness, social awareness, and decision-making. Here are a few examples of the social aspects that fall under the Humanity Training umbrella:
As you consider whether or not Humanity Training can benefit you, keep in mind…"The more a person understands the different social aspects of life, the more a person will be misunderstood for not having the same outlook on life.” Open your mind and increase your perception of life!
